DevOps Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

About the Role :


We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Python scripting, and monitoring tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing cloud-native environments, automating workflows, ensuring system reliability, and supporting CI/CD processes.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes.

- Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application releases.

- Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues across environments.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth and scalable deployments.

- Maintain infrastructure-as-code and ensure best practices for DevOps processes.

- Support on-call activities and incident resolution.


Required Skills :


- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.

- Good knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and shell scripting.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.


Eligibility :


- Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore will be considered for this role.

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant DevOps experience.


Nice-to-Have :


- Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Exposure to security best practices in DevOps.
