About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, along with a passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform.

- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, secure, and reliable deployments.

- Develop and maintain containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

- Implement and maintain security best practices including encryption, certificates, and key management.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of

deployed applications.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

- (Optional) Collaborate with Data Science teams to support MLOps pipelines - deploying and

monitoring ML models in production environments.

- Manage and enforce governance using Azure Policy and Blueprints to ensure compliance and

standardization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms.

- Proficiency with Terraform for IaC and Ansible for configuration management.

- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based application deployment.

- Experience in monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

- Solid Linux system administration background with scripting skills (Bash, Python, or

PowerShell).

- Familiarity with security practices - encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and secrets management.

- Experience with Azure DevOps for pipelines and automation (preferred).

- Exposure to MLOps concepts and deployment of ML models is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Azure Policy, Blueprints, or equivalent governance frameworks is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).

- Understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
