Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with 710 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and deployment processes.

You will be responsible for end-to-end CI/CD implementation, server/application troubleshooting, and supporting development teams with reliable and scalable DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines from scratch to ensure seamless and automated software delivery processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployment failures, and build processes.

- Schedule automated builds/deployments and execute ad-hoc requests from application development teams.

- Utilize version control systems like Bitbucket/GitHub, and manage code using GIT commands, branching, and merging strategies.

- Perform daily operations and troubleshooting using UNIX/Linux systems and shell/command-line tools.

- Write and maintain Bash, Shell, Python, Perl, and Groovy scripts for task automation and environment optimization.

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot web applications hosted on Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and similar platforms.

- Identify and resolve issues related to application and server startup or runtime performance.

- Manage and monitor job schedulers such as Autosys, Control-M, etc.

- Handle the complete SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle generation, renewal, and deployment.

- Assist in the migration to internal cloud solutions including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

- Run basic database queries and perform connectivity checks to support deployment processes.

- Work with monitoring tools like Geneos, Tivoli, and others for application and infrastructure monitoring.

- Ensure effective process, file system, and storage monitoring and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 710 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

- Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Bash, Python, Perl, Groovy.

- Strong understanding of version control systems and CI/CD tools.

- Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.

- Experience working with web servers/app servers (Tomcat, WebLogic).

- Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.

- Exposure to job scheduling tools and monitoring frameworks.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

- Jenkins or other CI/CD tool certifications.
