DevOps Engineer - Docker & Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities :

DevOps/CI/CD Development & Support :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple agile feature teams (10+ teams, 100+ users).

- Implement automation solutions using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD.

- Ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and rollback processes for all environments.

- Support automated testing frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Agile Development & Collaboration :

- Actively participate in Kanban and Scrum agile methodologies.

- Coordinate with feature teams, internal stakeholders, architects, business teams, and implementation partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities across feature teams.

Technical Problem Solving & Analysis :

- Apply strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance deployment workflows.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards.

- Maintain thorough documentation of work, processes, and deployments.

Communication & Coordination :

- Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with developers, IT managers, and business teams to drive adoption of DevOps practices.

- Ensure high-quality and detail-oriented execution of tasks and projects.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, GitLab, Bash, Python, Tableau, PowerShell, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience working in Agile environments with multiple feature teams.

- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
