DevOps Engineer - Configuration Management

Job Title : Power Platform DevOps Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role involves developing and maintaining automation, integration, and monitoring tools that support enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions in a structured, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain platform management tools for configuration, automation, and deployment.

- Build and enhance integrations with identity management systems.

- Support tools and processes for data initialization, platform configuration, and authorization.

- Improve and manage monitoring solutions for Solace (message broker) and PSO (Platform System Operations).

- Manage SharePoint-based storage solutions and ensure efficient content organization and access control.

- Maintain and upgrade Azure DevOps tools, including applying framework updates and security patches.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML scripting.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable and robust DevOps solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (MCA).

- 5 - 8 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or platform engineering.

- Strong proficiency in C# and PowerShell scripting.

Hands-on experience with :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Power Platform

- SharePoint

- Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines)

Familiarity with :

- Active Directory

- SQL

- Solace or other message brokers

- Test-Driven Development (TDD)

- Exposure to UI Path, N8N, or similar automation platforms.

- Relevant certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, or PL-400 are preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site team environment.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance practices.

- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
