Description :



We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can support our Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure, cloud operations (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is strong with containers, infrastructure, scripting, and operational troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Kubernetes Operations :



- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS) for microservices-based environments.


- Handle deployments, rollout strategies, scaling, upgrades, and overall cluster maintenance.


- Configure workloads, ingress, services, ConfigMaps, secrets, and RBAC.


- Troubleshoot pod failures, networking issues, resource bottlenecks, and cluster health problems.

2. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) :



- Work with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, S3, and related components.


- Support infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Pulumi.


- Assist in implementing security best practices, high availability, scaling, and networking configurations.


- Own day-to-day cloud operations, monitoring, and issue resolution.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Management :


- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or TeamCity.



- Automate builds, tests, and deployments for microservices.


- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and fix pipeline failures.


- Implement reusable pipeline templates and enforce best practices.

4. Observability & Monitoring :



- Manage and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch, etc.).


- Create dashboards, alerts, and metrics to ensure service reliability and performance.


- Participate in on-call or incident response (if applicable).

5. Automation & Scripting :



- Develop scripts and tools (Python/Bash/Go) to automate recurring tasks.


- Improve deployment processes, IaC workflows, and operational efficiency.


- Contribute to internal utilities and automation systems.

6. Security & Compliance :



- Support IAM configurations, secret management, and vulnerability remediation.


- Ensure Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure follows security best practices.


- Work with security teams to address compliance requirements and audits.

What Youll Bring (Technical Qualifications) :

- 2+ years of solid DevOps experience.


- Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production/staging.


- Strong understanding of containers, pods, deployments, services, ingress, and RBAC.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/TeamCity).



- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.


- Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi).


- Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.


- Good understanding of monitoring systems and observability concepts.
