About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and monitoring technologies, while collaborating closely with development, QA, and security teams to enable reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.

- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery of production environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability management and security automation.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and system performance.

- Document infrastructure architecture, operational procedures, and deployment processes.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience managing Linux-based production environments.

- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.

- Understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and security best practices.

- Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.

- Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.

- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators.

- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security scanning tools.

- Experience with Kafka, Redis, or other distributed systems.

- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

- Experience supporting high-traffic, enterprise-scale applications.

Certifications (Preferred):

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional

- AWS Solutions Architect

- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
