About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud security. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing cloud environments, automating deployments, monitoring infrastructure, and ensuring high availability and security of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

AWS Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Route 53, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and other related services.

- Provision and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.

- Perform AWS administration activities including user management, access controls, networking, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

- Implement version-controlled infrastructure deployments.

CI/CD & Automation :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.

- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.

- Integrate source code repositories with deployment pipelines.

- Ensure smooth deployment across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Code & Configuration Management :

- Manage source code repositories using Git.

- Implement branching strategies and version control best practices.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release management processes.

Cloud Security & Compliance :

- Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, security groups, encryption, and network security.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure for vulnerabilities and security risks.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

- Conduct security audits and recommend remediation measures.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and system availability.

- Analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement performance optimization measures.

- Ensure minimal downtime and quick incident resolution.

Issue Management & Support :

- Handle production incidents and perform root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities when required.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.

- Good understanding of AWS architecture, networking, and security concepts.

- Strong Experience required in AWS DevOps Tools

- Must have hands on experience on CU/CD Tools like : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline etc.

- Hands on experience required in Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred) etc.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- AWS Certification (Associate level or above) will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with development and operations teams.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
