Key Responsibilities :

CI/CD & Automation :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments

- Integrate security, quality checks, and monitoring into CI/CD workflows

Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery

Containerization & Orchestration :

- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker

- Deploy and operate workloads on Kubernetes / EKS / AKS

- Optimize resource usage and cluster performance

Monitoring, Logging & Reliability :

- Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK

- Proactively identify and resolve performance, availability, and security issues

- Support incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)

Security & Compliance :

- Apply DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and secrets management

- Manage IAM, access controls, and security policies

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with development, QA, and security teams

- Support release management and production deployments

- Document processes, runbooks, and operational best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems

- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Infrastructure as Code : Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM

- Containers : Docker, Kubernetes

- Scripting : Bash, Python, or PowerShell

Nice to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls

- Exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) concepts

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Proactive mindset with ownership of systems

Certifications (Good to Have) :

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect

- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

- Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD)
