We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern DevOps practices. The candidate will play a key role in designing, automating, securing, and managing large-scale cloud-native infrastructures while driving digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure Management : Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on Red Hat OpenShift and at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred).

- Infrastructure as Code : Implement and maintain automation using Terraform for scalable, repeatable deployments.

- CI/CD Development : Create, enhance, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure secure infrastructure by applying best practices in network security, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Drive adoption of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerized workloads.

- Networking : Configure and optimize virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, and secure connectivity across environments.

- Monitoring & Observability : Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Splunk for system health and performance visibility.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop automation scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaboration : Work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams, aligning with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

- Leadership : Contribute to large-scale digital transformation and modernization projects, bringing deep technical and advisory expertise.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineering.

- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure projects.
