Location : Bangalore (Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite, HSR Layout)

About the Role :
We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and developer productivity enablement. You'll be part of a dynamic engineering team focused on empowering developers through scalable automation, efficient delivery pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a B2B SaaS platform environment using modern cloud technologies, distributed microservices, and container-based deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide infrastructure and deployment abstraction for development teams.
- Lead knowledge sharing on internal tooling and infrastructure blueprints.
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines using Trunk-Based Development with GitHub Actions.
- Manage and maintain robust development and release pipelines with strong SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cloud cost and resource usage.
- Provision cloud-native environments on-demand using Terraform.
- Maintain and improve integration with tools such as GitHub Actions, GCP, AWS, and other CI/CD solutions.
- Deploy and manage configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and similar tools.
- Design and maintain observability platforms using tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for deployment and configuration processes.
About You :
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD operations.
- Solid expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP); AWS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka (Confluent or open source).
- Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.
- Strong programming/scripting skills using Python Java, Shell, and JSON.
- Proven track record using tools like Terraform, Ansible, FluxCD, Spinnaker, JIRA, Git, DataDog, ELK, and AWX.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Structured thinker with ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
