Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in building cloud platforms and developing custom deployment platforms (e.g., GitHub/GitLab-based solutions). The ideal candidate should be capable of driving infrastructure automation, CI/CD at scale, and architecting secure, resilient cloud-native platforms. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps and platform engineers.

- Design and build scalable cloud platforms using AWS, GCP, or Azure, tailored for AI/ML workloads.

- Develop and manage custom deployment platforms leveraging GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.

- Create end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with automated build, test, and deploy workflows.

- Build self-service DevOps tools/platforms for internal and external use.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

- Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm across multi-cloud environments.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployments.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining cloud platforms.

- Deep knowledge of GitHub/GitLab custom deployment workflows.

- Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture.

- Solid background in AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).

- Expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong focus on security, observability, and performance.

- Available to join immediately or within short notice.

Nice to Have :

- Experience building internal developer platforms (IDP).

- Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and secrets management (Vault, SOPS).

- DevSecOps mindset and hands-on with security tools like Trivy, Aqua, etc.

- Previous work in AI/ML model deployment or MLOps pipelines.
