Interview Rounds : 2 to 3 (overall)

Required Experience & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

- 8+ years of engineering experience in building highly available and scalable systems.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker for large-scale microservices deployment.

Experience in :

- Vulnerability management & remediation

- Kubernetes upgrades, CRDs, operators

- K8s administration

- Good understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI, SOC2 (preferred).

- Strong expertise in Git, GitLab/GitHub for version control.

- Hands-on programming experience in Golang, Python, Bash.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Proven experience in large-scale system software development with :

- TDD

- Unit/integration testing

- Code coverage practices

- High-quality documentation (functional designs, runbooks, etc.)

- Strong command of AWS cloud architecture.

- Excellent communication skills (global team exposure).
