DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Tech Ops / DevOps Engineer (AWS) to ensure our cloud infrastructure, databases, and deployment pipelines remain fast, secure, and reliable. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end DevOps operations across AWS, automation, observability, and database reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize core AWS services including VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, networking, and backup strategies.

- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), including blue-green deployments and rollback mechanisms.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate on ECS/EKS.

- Support development teams across multiple environments with deployment assistance, environment consistency, and observability improvements.

- Perform database operations including migrations, performance tuning, replication/HA, disaster recovery setups, and backup management (MySQL/Postgres).

- Implement and manage monitoring/alerting systems using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and resilience improvements.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / CloudFormation, and write scripts using Bash/Python for operational efficiency.

- Ensure cost optimization, resource efficiency, and proactive security hardening across cloud and pipeline workflows.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.

- Proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of MySQL/Postgres administration.

- Solid understanding of Linux, Git workflows, and core networking fundamentals.

- Experience with logging, metrics, and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).

- Strong adherence to security best practices (IAM, secrets management, least privilege, encryption).

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
