Role Overview :
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. In this role, youll ensure our applications and environments run smoothly, proactively manage reliability and security, and empower our teams with modern DevOps practices.
What Youll Do :
- Ensure applications and environments are stable, scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reliable solutions.
- Build and automate deployment pipelines, configuration management, and patching systems.
- Implement observability (monitoring & alerting) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Signoz.
- Create runbooks and automate processes to minimize outages and manual interventions.
- Identify and mitigate reliability & security risks (e.g., peak loads, DDoS, human errors).
- Troubleshoot across the full stack (software, applications, network).
- Manage project priorities and deliverables in a self-organizing team environment.
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous learning.
What Were Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud building highly available, secure, and scalable
systems.

- Proficiency with Bash and at least one high-level scripting language.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized environments.
- Basic knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Signoz).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.
Bonus Points For :
- Experience with Pulumi (TypeScript/Golang), Node.js, or Serverless architectures.
- Prior experience in product startups.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL administration & scaling.
