DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to improve deployment efficiency, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern DevOps tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code (IaC). This role requires both technical depth and leadership capability, driving DevOps best practices across teams and enabling a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automate software delivery and infrastructure provisioning using industry-standard tools.

- Design, develop, and implement DevOps pipelines and channels across the organization.

- Evaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks to maximize efficiency.

- Establish and maintain a continuous build and deployment environment to accelerate

software releases.

- Engineer scalable and effective processes for application development, testing, deployment,

and monitoring.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve technical and process-related challenges.

- Supervise and guide technical operations, ensuring system reliability and performance.

- Define and enforce DevOps processes, policies, and standards across projects.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to development and operations teams.

- Handle capacity planning, performance monitoring, and operational readiness reviews.

- Drive innovation in automation, containerization, cloud adoption, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or system architecture, with proven

leadership experience.

Strong expertise in :

- CI/CD : GitLab SaaS, GitLab CI/CD (YML-based pipelines), Jenkins, Maven, Gradle

- Cloud & IaC : GCP, Terraform, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker

- Configuration Management : Chef, Puppet, Ansible

- Scripting & Programming : Python, Unix/Linux shell scripting

- Experience with infrastructure management, monitoring, and observability tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).

- Exposure to monitoring and logging frameworks in large-scale enterprise systems.

- Relevant certifications such as CKA, Terraform Associate, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or

DevOps-related certifications.
