DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Location : Chennai(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting.

- Develop infrastructure automation using Ansible for configuration management and deployments.

- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Handle virtualized environments using VMware, including provisioning, scaling, and optimization.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to support build, release, and deployment processes.

- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and improve overall system reliability (SRE principles).

- Develop custom scripts/tools to streamline operations and support DevOps best practices.

- Ensure security, compliance, and operational documentation of DevOps procedures.

- Participate in on-call rotations and handle production incidents with root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE roles.

- Deep understanding of Ansible for automation and orchestration.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, etc.).

- Good experience with VMware virtualization tools and management platforms.

- Strong Linux/Unix administration background.

- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Good understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
