About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our software delivery lifecycle. You will be instrumental in enhancing our development and operations processes, automating infrastructure, and ensuring robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, Implement, and Manage CI/CD Pipelines : Develop, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases, from code commit to production deployment.

- Infrastructure and Instance Management : Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure instances and configurations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automation : Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring consistency and repeatability.

- System and Application Monitoring : Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for applications and systems to ensure high availability and performance.

- Collaboration and Streamlined Deployments : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and streamline deployment processes.

- Security Best Practices : Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and tools.

Requirements :

- Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Strong expertise with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- CI/CD Tools : In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Cloud Platforms : Proven experience working with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), or Azure.

- Scripting : Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar, for automation and task execution.

- Version Control : Solid understanding and experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with database management and optimization.
