About the Role :

- Task Description : Application Development & Support Applications Supported : IAS, IBS+, IBBR, IBPS

- Technologies Used : IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper Reports, C#, VB.NET

Responsibilities :

- Provide development and support for enterprise applications (IAS, IBS+, IBBR, IBPS) using a multi-technology stack.

- Work on ServiceNow ticket requests to address incidents, service requests, and change implementations.

- Participate in both Build (development/enhancement) and Run (operations/support) activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application troubleshooting and resolution.

- Deliver application enhancements using Java and Informatica as primary technologies.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support materials.

Work Conditions :

- Occasional 12-hour standby shifts on weekends may be required.

- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts aligned with EU business hours.

- Expert-level proficiency in Informatica for data management and analytics.

- Strong experience with Java for application development.

- Familiarity with technologies like IBM Informix 4GL, JasperReports, C#, and VB.NET is a plus.

- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including a 12-hour weekend on-call rotation and shifts aligned with EU business hours.
