About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.


In this role, you will work closely with software engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines, automation, and operational excellence across environments.


You will play a key part in driving reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to ensure consistency, automation, and repeatability.

- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD for faster and reliable deployments.

- Monitor and maintain system health using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of performance issues.

- Automate routine operational tasks to improve system efficiency and minimize human error.

- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production incidents in collaboration with engineering and support teams.

- Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes for microservices-based deployments.

- Ensure security and compliance by implementing access controls, vulnerability scanning, and automated patch management.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to defining DevOps best practices, technical standards, and automation frameworks.

Requirements :

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Engineer.

- Strong experience managing and automating AWS infrastructure (experience with Azure or GCP is a plus).

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Solid Linux system administration and networking expertise, with an understanding of distributed and high-availability systems.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and source control (Git).

- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

- Experience troubleshooting applications and services built on Tomcat, HAProxy, Nginx, Apache, and Java-based environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud architectures.

- Knowledge of security automation, DevSecOps, or cost optimization practices in the cloud.

- Familiarity with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) and performance tuning.
