Role Overview :

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, and reliability engineering. This role focuses on building and operating highly available, scalable, and secure platforms while enabling development teams through automation, observability, and best DevOps practices.

You will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to design and manage production-grade systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure at scale, primarily on AWS and Oracle Cloud.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Packer, and related IaC tools.

- Build and maintain secure, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud environments.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize production-grade Kubernetes clusters.

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Helm charts.

- Implement and support API Gateways, Service Mesh, and related platform components.

- Design and maintain centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using :

1. ELK Stack

2. Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics

3. Grafana

- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident management.

- Manage and troubleshoot network services including DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP, and ingress configurations.

- Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, network isolation, secrets management, and secure access controls.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and secure platform design.

- Develop scripts and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.

- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve delivery speed.

- Partner with backend and platform engineers to support application reliability and scalability.

- Drive problem resolution with a systematic, data-driven approach.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE / Platform Engineer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.

- Expertise in AWS (preferred) and/or Oracle Cloud.

- Proven experience managing large-scale Kubernetes environments.

- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix internals (filesystems, processes, user management).

- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and production networking.

- Working knowledge of at least one backend programming language.

- Experience with centralized logging, metrics, and observability frameworks.

- Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
