- Experienced Server-Side Support Engineer with 3+ yrs experience in production support

- Evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause, resolving issues related to Database and escalating them to respective team, addressing customer needs in timely manner.

- Experience on NewRelic to setup various configurations

- Experience on server monitoring tools like Datadog

- Experience with relational database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server etc. Sound knowledge on AWS Infrastructure management, experience on AWS EC2, S3, is must.

- Understanding and adherence to customer SLAs

- Should be a Graduate and from computer science background

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

- Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause

- Provides support for triaging problems and coordinating with various teams across the organization and carryout activities related to incident and problem management.

- Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes

- Work in rotational shifts with 24x7 support.

- Setting up ingester for syncing to Datalake and BQ

- Writing queries on BQ

- Writing cron on BQ

- Parition creation - every month end

- Monitor the Glue jobs and report the issues after debugging the job for data related issues by quering Athena and GCP

- Monitor BQ Freshness of Management Report Tables (for Alerts) - Grafana

- Monitor EMR/Glue jobs
