DevOps Engineer

Job Title: Lead API Developer - DevOps.

Location: Pune.

Experience: 12-15 Years (8+ in Cloud, 5+ in API Development).

Job Overview.

We are seeking an experienced Lead API Developer with a strong background in public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in API development, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes, and will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and automated cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities.

Develop and manage APIs for cloud resource automation and integration.

Design and implement cloud platforms and landing zones on AWS/Azure.

Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

Lead Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) setups and controller development.

Work with Crossplane to enable modern platform engineering.

Implement CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub, and Groovy.

Collaborate across teams to drive DevOps and cloud automation best practices.

Required Experience.

12-15 years in IT with 8+ years in AWS/Azure environments.

5+ years in API development for cloud automation.

8+ years of hands-on IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible).

4+ years in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), including controller development.

2+ years working with Crossplane or equivalent tools.

Strong DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and scripting.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
