- Relevant experience of 2 years +

- Well versed with Cloud services, preferably AWS, with the track record of working with Cloud Infrastructure and managing real time issues.

- CI/CD skills including experience with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible and source control with Git and Github/Bitbucket.

- Should have experience with handling administrative tasks with Linux, AWS console as well as Jenkins.

- Must have knowledge about networking concepts and protocols.

- Should be able to collaborate with the developers in setting up new services, tools, and implement new ideas.

- Good communication skills are a must and should be able to work with different teams (apart from Tech) in the organization.

- Good knowledge of Linux systems and services.

- Must be able to understand code and write it to implement new ideas and collaborate with the developers to remove any blockers.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and other alerting tools.

- Logging with Elastic stack and administration of Kibana.

- Willing to sometimes work on weekends or out of working hours to resolve any production issues that crop up.

Good to have :

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of Containers, along with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience in IaaC tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.

- Knowledge and experience with Serverless.

Responsibilities :

- As a DevOps engineer, you will be interacting with multiple teams in an agile environment on an everyday basis and not just the tech team.

- You will be helping in revamping and improving the architecture for the backend as well as frontend for our website.

- With our ever-increasing popularity, we are experiencing a surge in our customer base, we strive to improve our customer experience to the highest standard. You will be working with the product team to suggest and implement new ideas to do so.

- You will work on improving our Android and iOS apps as well as our Store app and be a part of the internal setup and improvements of the same.

- Oncall support on rotation for 24x7 so that our services are always up and if anything breaks, the remediation doesn't impact our customers.

MUST HAVES :

- 1 to 2 yrs experienced candidates - Cloud services, preferably AWS, with the track record of working with Cloud Infrastructure and managing real time issues
