About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Consultant / Cloud Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud infrastructure, automation and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate should have recent, hands-on experience in designing and automating cloud infrastructure, developing reusable Terraform modules, building CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes environments and solving complex infrastructure automation challenges.

This is a hands-on technical role, not primarily a people-management or DevOps operations position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

- Develop reusable and production-ready Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployments.

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

- Work extensively with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Automate configuration management using Ansible, Chef or Puppet.

- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash and/or PowerShell.

- Implement monitoring, logging and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or CloudWatch.

- Troubleshoot complex cloud, Kubernetes, deployment and infrastructure issues.

- Improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, security and deployment efficiency.

- Collaborate with engineering, platform and application teams on cloud automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of overall experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

- Strong recent hands-on experience in DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code.

- Strong expertise in Terraform mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform : AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Ansible, Chef or Puppet.

- Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash or PowerShell.

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or CloudWatch.

- Experience designing reusable infrastructure components and automation frameworks.

Strongly Preferred :

- Terraform module development and reusable IaC architecture.

- Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.

- Cloud migration / infrastructure modernization experience.

- GitOps / DevSecOps exposure.

- Infrastructure automation at enterprise scale.

- Experience with highly available and scalable cloud environments.

Candidate Profile :

Candidates should have their recent experience strongly focused on hands-on DevOps automation, Terraform/IaC and cloud engineering.
