As a DevOps Architect, you will be the technical authority driving the design and evolution of Tekion's infrastructure, CI/CD strategy, and cloud-native systems. You'll play a critical role in scaling the platform with security, speed, and resilience at its coreguiding both strategy and execution across engineering, security, and operations.

Responsibilities :

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and automated DevOps architecture for multi-region, cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP).

- Lead the evolution of CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based architecture using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.

- Drive cloud infrastructure design using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Provide architectural leadership for Kubernetes-based container orchestration and service mesh frameworks (e. g., Istio, Linkerd).

- Establish observability standards (monitoring, logging, alerting) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.

- Ensure robust system reliability and disaster recovery strategies, supporting 99.99%+ uptime SLAs.

- Collaborate closely with product engineering, SRE, and security to embed DevSecOps principles across the SDLC.

- Conduct architecture reviews and design patterns for deployment strategies, blue-green, canary releases, and rollbacks.

- Mentor DevOps engineers and act as a thought leader for infrastructure modernization.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

- Proven expertise in designing scalable DevOps solutions in cloud environments (preferably AWS).

- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container security best practices.

- Deep hands-on with CI/CD, GitOps, and configuration management tools.

- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go).

- Solid understanding of networking, system design, and cloud security principles.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth product/startup environments.

Nice to Have :

- Certifications: AWS/GCP Certified Architect, CKA/CKAD.

- Experience with data infrastructure (Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, etc. ).

- Familiarity with policy-as-code frameworks (e. g., OPA/Gatekeeper).

- Automotive or enterprise SaaS experience.
