DevOps Architect - Docker/Kubernetes

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead cloud-native architecture efforts and champion GitOps practices for our enterprise platforms.

You will work across teams to define best-in-class solutions for deploying .NET microservices to Kubernetes (AKS and GKE) using Flux, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native tooling on Azure and GCP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement end-to-end GitOps strategies using Flux for managing Kubernetes workloads.

- Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines for deploying .NET Core/.NET 6+ apps to AKS and GKE.

- Set standards for Kubernetes governance, Git branching, Helm templating, and secrets management.

- Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform and cloud-native DevOps tooling.

- Guide cross-functional teams in adopting GitOps workflows and cloud-native delivery models.

- Design highly available, secure, and observable systems across Azure and GCP.

- Evaluate and implement platform tools (e.g ,flux, Kustomize) where needed.

- Mentor DevOps engineers, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical roadmaps.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years in software/DevOps engineering with at least 3 years in an architect role.

- Expertise in building and operating GitOps systems using Flux (v2) and Helm.

- Deep understanding of AKS, GKE, and container orchestration practices.

- Strong background in . NET Core/.NET 6+, Kubernetes patterns, and microservices architecture.

- Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git-based workflows.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud services.

- Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), observability stacks, and platform reliability.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills for driving DevOps culture and enterprise alignment.
