DevOps Architect - Configuration Management

Role : DevOps Architect

Experience : 13-20 years

Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure cloud solutions, primarily on Microsoft Azure.

- Define and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines incorporating DevSecOps practices, including SAST and DAST, across public and private cloud platforms.

- Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Design and implement containerized platforms using Kubernetes and managed services such as AKS, EKS, and KEDA.

- Architect automated pipelines for OS provisioning, software patching, configuration management, application packaging, deployments, and version control.

- Drive cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure strategies aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Lead and mentor high-performing DevOps and Cloud engineering teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.

- Participate in pre-sales engagements, including solution design, technical proposals, and customer presentations.

- Develop and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) demos for internal stakeholders and external clients.

- Design and integrate IoT solutions using services such as Azure IoT Hub and AWS IoT Core.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between architecture, security, operations, and business objectives.

- Stay current with emerging cloud, DevOps, and automation technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 13+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, or IT operations.

- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or architect role.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Azure cloud architectures.

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and platforms, including DevSecOps integration (SAST/DAST).

- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, and KEDA.

- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Familiarity with IoT platforms and services, including Azure IoT Hub and AWS IoT Core.

- Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities and customer-facing technical discussions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
