Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced with a strong background in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps technologies to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure-related programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps (ArgoCD), IAM-based RBAC, security frameworks, and Hub and Spoke network architecture. This role involves working closely with technical teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and DevOps initiatives across cloud environments (AWS preferred).

- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters (EKS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Coordinate with engineering and DevOps teams for GitOps deployments using ArgoCD.

- Ensure compliance and governance through Gatekeeper and policy-as-code frameworks.

- Manage RBAC configurations using IAM policies for secure access control and role management.

- Define and enforce security groups, network policies, and Kubernetes Gateway configurations.

- Design, plan, and manage Hub and Spoke architecture for efficient network communication and segregation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, and Cloud Architecture) to deliver infrastructure programs on schedule.

- Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery alignment with business and technical goals.

- Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards for leadership visibility on program milestones and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7- 8 years of total experience with at least 3- 4 years in program/project management within DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure environments.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, and container orchestration best practices.

- Hands-on understanding of ArgoCD, Gatekeeper, and GitOps workflows.

- Expertise in IAM-based RBAC, security groups, and policy management.

- Experience designing or managing Hub and Spoke architecture in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services, network security, and Kubernetes Gateway configurations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple technical programs simultaneously with a strong focus on delivery.
