Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead our cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage DevOps solutions across diverse platforms and business domains.

- You will play a strategic role in shaping our DevOps roadmap, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability.

- This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, as you will be working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective DevOps architectures for cloud and hybrid environments.

- Define the DevOps roadmap, frameworks, tools, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with the CTO/CEO and development teams to align infrastructure with application needs.

- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless and automated application deployment.

- Standardize release management, build automation, testing, and deployment processes.

- Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of cloud resources.

- Optimize cost and performance of cloud services and applications.

- Implement robust DevSecOps practices, integrating security into every stage of the development lifecycle.

- Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Act as the technical advisor to executive leadership on DevOps and cloud strategy.

- Coordinate across development, QA, IT, and security teams for smooth delivery and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years as a DevOps Architect or Lead.

- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, Agile practices, and modern software development lifecycles.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).

- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong command of scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks.

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure governance.

- Familiarity with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies is a plus.
