DevOps Architect - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms.

This role will drive automation, reliability, and security across the software delivery lifecycle while collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and own CI/CD architecture for build, test, and deployment pipelines

- Define DevOps standards, best practices, and governance models

- Lead automation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms

- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

- Integrate automated testing, security scans, and quality gates into pipelines

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to enable shift-left practices

- Design scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM

- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of DevOps platforms

- Monitor and improve pipeline reliability, performance, and cost efficiency

- Mentor DevOps engineers and guide teams on CI/CD adoption

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 8 to 10 years of experience in DevOps / Build & Release / Platform Engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi)

- Solid understanding of containers and Kubernetes

- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Groovy, YAML)

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)

- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices
