Role Overview :

We are seeking highly motivated and technically strong DevOps and Infrastructure Leads to join our growing engineering team. This role involves managing system infrastructure, networking, and deployment processes while ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in networking, programming/scripting, and modern DevOps practices, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments

- Develop and maintain tools and scripts for automation using Go, C, or Shell scripting

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability

- Ensure security best practices across the infrastructure

- Collaborate with developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system efficiency

- Work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines and project goals

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)

- 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or system administration

- Strong programming/scripting skills in at least one : Go, C, or Shell

- Solid understanding of networking concepts : L2/L3, TCP/UDP/IP, DHCP, DNS

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting at the OS/network level

- Proven ability to learn quickly and a self-starter mindset

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack

- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Team player with a collaborative approach

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
