Development Manager - Full Stack

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Development Manager to lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

You will be responsible for the technical leadership, team mentorship, project delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Full Stack developers (frontend & backend).

- Own the full development lifecycle planning, architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver product features and improvements.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical direction on both frontend and backend aspects.

- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and timely project delivery.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption as appropriate.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Backend experience with Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Solid understanding of Databases SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.

- Proven experience delivering scalable, production-grade applications end-to-end.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to balance technical depth with project leadership and stakeholder communication.

Preferred :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prior experience managing distributed or hybrid teams.

- Exposure to enterprise SaaS or high-traffic consumer applications.
