Job Description

Main Responsibilities :


- Manage day to day product roadmap implementation with the team.


- Manage support function for existing clients with respect to bug fixes and client enhancements.


- Help client's adopt LG i.


- API, Lens, Scoring framework interacting with their IT and business teams.


- Manage vendor interaction and dependencies.


- Help setup POC's with lead clients working in coordination with BD team.


- Resource planning based on priority and requirements.


- Work with product managers to build functional requirement documents on new enhancements.


- Deep understanding of web application architecture specially in a SaaS environment.


Your skills :


- Must have managed a team of tech developers/QA/Support engineer.


- Experience dealing with clients tech teams for integration and adoption of the product.


- Ability to work with diverse set of team from experienced to junior members.


- Knowledge of product development life cycle.


- Experience working with applications deployed on public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP etc).


- Product design background in BFSI sector a plus.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Proven experience managing teams comprising developers, QA engineers, and support staff.


- Demonstrated ability to liaise with client technical teams for product integration and adoption.


- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, including junior and experienced members.


- Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle.


- Experience with applications deployed on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.


- Technical Skills for Product Delivery Manager / Technical Product Manager


- Product Management Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana


- Programming Languages (basic understanding): Java, Python, JavaScript (to effectively communicate with dev teams)


- API Management: RESTful APIs, SOAP, API design and integration


- Cloud Platforms : Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
