Developer - Power Platform

Role Purpose :

We are hiring an offshore-based Developer to embed automation and AI into our core business processes. Working as part of a distributed delivery team, you will partner with onshore stakeholders to design and ship solutions on the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, M365, Azure OpenAI) that reduce manual effort and scale firm-wide productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build and deploy automations using Power Automate, Power Apps and Logic Apps, integrating with M365, SharePoint, Dynamics and third-party APIs.

- Develop AI-powered workflows using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio (document intelligence, summarisation, conversational agents).

- Build custom components in C#/.NET, TypeScript and Python where low-code falls short.

- Implement Azure Functions, Service Bus and API Management for scalable, event-driven integrations.

- Apply RAG patterns using Azure AI Search and vector stores to ground AI outputs in firm data.

- Own the full delivery lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy and hypercare support.

- Operate effectively across time zones with strong written communication and documentation discipline.

- Champion governance, security and responsible AI practices.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- Strong Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Fx.

- Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, AI Services, Storage, Key Vault.

- Proficiency in C#/.NET plus Python or TypeScript.

- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0.

- LLM application patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, output evaluation.

- SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, M365 ecosystem.

- Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, CI/CD, ALM for Power Platform.

- Excellent English communication; experience working with onshore/offshore delivery models.

Desirable :

- Copilot Studio and custom Copilot agents.

- Dynamics 365, Fabric, Dataverse.

- RPA (Power Automate Desktop / UiPath).

- UK GDPR and responsible AI awareness.
