Job Description Summary :

We are looking for a Lead Quality Analyst with strong expertise in manual testing, end-to-end project understanding, and client communication. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring delivery of high-quality products through effective test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand end-to-end project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.

- Conduct all types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and clients to ensure product quality.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clarify requirements, and report on test progress and issues.

- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools; ensure timely resolution through follow-up.

- Contribute to improving the SDLC process and Agile practices in the team.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Prepare and present detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in manual testing.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other project/test management tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact confidently with international clients.

- Proven experience in client management and stakeholder communication.

- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to basic API testing using Postman or database validation.

- Understanding of test automation concepts (even without hands-on experience).
