- Delivers incremental work continuously, embraces short feedback cycles, and strives to push all work to production.

- Knowledgeable about branching strategies, understanding when and why to use them and when they may be overused.

- Solid technical background in build, release, and environment management, with hands-on experience in software build tools and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions.

- Strong proficiency in Linux and/or Windows operating systems, with comfort using the command line.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with serverless functions, containers, and virtual machines.

- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM, or Pulumi.

- Understanding of telemetry and observability practicesincluding monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detectionand experience with tools like Elastic, Grafana, Datadog, Sensu, or Prometheus.

- Skilled in network implementation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with networking teams to design and maintain networks.

- Experience in running, operating, and supporting production software reliably.
