Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop Migration Specialist to

join our Information Technology team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions from Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop, ensuring seamless transition and optimization of automated processes.

This role requires a detailoriented professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving automation excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the migration of existing RPA solutions developed on Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Analyze current Blue Prism workflows and design equivalent or improved automation processes using Power Automate Desktop.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated automation workflows to ensure functionality and performance meet business standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation migration and execution.

- Document migration processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technologies, particularly Power Automate Desktop, and recommend improvements to enhance automation capabilities.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the new automation platform as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation, specifically with Blue Prism and Power Automate Desktop.

- Proven track record of successfully migrating RPA solutions from Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation best practices.

- Proficiency in analyzing and translating business processes into automated workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Blue Prism AD01/APD01 and Power Automate Desktop PL500.

- Experience with other RPA tools and scripting languages will be advantageous.
