Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee print services: installation, spooler diagnostics, server-side queue management, and user-level printer configurations
- Configure and support Access Points (APs), SSIDs, and wireless connectivity for endpoint devices
- Handle escalated technical issues from L0 or Helpdesk; ensure prompt resolution or proper escalation
- Perform user onboarding, desktop imaging, and asset lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with endpoint policies and participate in patch management processes
- Document resolution procedures and update internal technical knowledge base
Required Skills :
- End User Support, Active Directory, DNS, Troubleshooting hardware and software
- Strong understanding of print management systems, including network printers and print servers
- Hands-on experience with Access Point setup and diagnostics (e.g., basic RF coverage, SSID access, authentication)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for ticket lifecycle management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers when required
