- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Windows desktop environments at scale.

- Manage OS deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.

- Work with Jamf, Tanium, and other endpoint management tools for device provisioning, patching, and compliance.

- Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.

- Participate in solution design and architecture for desktop engineering initiatives.

- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems including Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.

- Troubleshoot complex OS, application, and network-related desktop issues.

- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and endpoint security best practices.

- Support end-user computing environment, focusing on reliability, scalability, performance, and user experience.

- Maintain documentation for processes, standards, and technical guidelines.

Skills Required :

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong experience with Windows platform and OS development/management.

- Expertise in Jamf (macOS management) and/or Tanium (endpoint security and management).

- PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and configuration.

- Knowledge of enterprise-scale desktop architecture and endpoint design principles.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Microsoft Active Directory (GPOs, authentication, policies)

2. Exchange

3. Office 365 / M365 administration

- Understanding of networking fundamentals, patching, and device security.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with macOS device management (via Jamf).

- Familiarity with imaging tools, zero-touch deployment, and MDM/EMM platforms.

- Knowledge of virtualization (Citrix, VDI) is a plus.
