Desktop Application Developer - C++/C# Programming

Role Overview :

As a Desktop Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance desktop applications that serve as the backbone for our clients' operational workflows.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend engineers, to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and stable software interfaces.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency and reliability of the tools our users depend on daily, ensuring seamless performance in resource-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable desktop applications using C++ or C# to meet specific business requirements and performance benchmarks.

- Develop rich, interactive user interfaces utilizing WPF to enhance user experience and operational productivity.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient memory management and multi-threading techniques.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deploy robust patches that minimize downtime.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebase architecture and API integrations to facilitate long-term system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex desktop applications with 5-9 years of professional experience in C++ or C#.

- Proficiency in building modern, responsive user interfaces using WPF and XAML.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures to build maintainable and modular code.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within an agile team environment.

- Proven track record of managing the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to final deployment and support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively from our Chennai office, collaborating with local and distributed teams to

deliver high-quality software solutions.
