Role Overview :

As a Design Verification Engineer at Tech Grow Global, you will be responsible for verifying complex SoC designs using advanced verification methodologies. You will collaborate closely with RTL designers, architects, and other verification engineers to develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, ensuring the functionality and performance of our ASIC products. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive verification plans based on design specifications and architectural requirements to ensure complete functional coverage.

- Create and maintain UVM-based testbenches using System Verilog to verify complex digital designs.

- Write and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of RTL designs.

- Debug and troubleshoot verification failures, identifying root causes and proposing solutions to ensure design correctness.

- Collaborate with RTL designers to resolve design issues and improve design quality.

- Develop and maintain scripting tools (e.g., Python, Perl) to automate verification tasks and improve efficiency.

- Perform code coverage analysis and functional coverage analysis to identify verification gaps and improve test coverage.

- Participate in design reviews and verification reviews to ensure design quality and adherence to verification standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute verification plans for complex SoC designs.

- Proficient in UVM-based verification methodologies and System Verilog.

- Strong understanding of RTL design principles and ASIC design flow.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl for test automation.

- Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex design issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
