Design Manager - Adobe Creative Suite

We're looking for a Design Manager to lead the web design team and create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design across all platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work culture.

- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

- Ensure all designs are user-focused, high quality, and on-brand.

- Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to align on goals.

- Present design ideas and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Maintain clear documentation of design systems and guidelines.

- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent digital experiences.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

- Allocate team resources effectively and track progress.

- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and quality standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 8- 12 years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping platforms.

- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.

- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
