About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant at the Deputy Manager level to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This position is for professionals with 5+ years of relevant experience who are ready to take on significant responsibilities in leading project workstreams, driving functional solution design, and expertly managing client interactions in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, building upon strong Oracle EBS knowledge.

Job Summary :

As a Deputy Manager, you will be a key player in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, taking ownership of specific modules or workstreams.

You will actively lead process design, conduct in-depth Fit-Gap analysis, manage RICEFW requirements, and ensure the successful execution of data migration and testing phases.

Your role will demand strong client engagement and a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Workstream Leadership : Lead and support specific workstreams or modules within Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

- Process Design & Analysis : Drive To-Be process design, conduct detailed Fit-Gap analysis, and effectively manage RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) requirements.

- Data & Integration Oversight : Define and execute robust data migration strategies and actively support complex integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Project Delivery & Communication : Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively resolve issues within your area of responsibility.

- Technical Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with technical teams on requirements for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)/Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Application Express (APEX solutions.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior team members within your specific modules and workstreams.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support, effective communication, and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.

Must-Have Skills :

- Overall Experience : 5+ years of solid experience in Oracle Financials functional consulting, including solution design, data migration, integration, and change management.

- Implementation Experience : Minimum of 2 Oracle EBS and at least 1-2 Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

- Functional Expertise : Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Fusion Financials modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Projects, Expenses).

- RICEFW & Configurations : Sound knowledge and practical experience with RICEFW, various data migration tools, and advanced functional configurations.

- Problem-Solving : Proven problem-solving skills in complex client-facing environments.

- Client Management : Strong ability to manage client expectations and effectively communicate technical and functional aspects.

- Mentoring : Initial experience in guiding and supporting less experienced consultants.

- Technical Familiarity : Familiarity with OTBI/BIP, OIC, and APEX concepts.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience in consulting firms.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.

- Oracle certification in Financials (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist)
