Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Cloud & IAM to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

You will be responsible for driving cloud strategy, ensuring security compliance, and managing IAM processes across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cloud operations across AWS and GCP environments.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

- Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud integration and optimization.

- Troubleshoot complex cloud and IAM-related issues.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum Experience : 7+ years in Cloud and IAM domain.

- Primary Skill : Cloud (AWS / GCP).

- Secondary Skill : Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services, including IAM configurations.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and automation tools.

- Experience in designing and managing IAM roles, policies, and access controls.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Certification in AWS, GCP, or relevant cloud technologies.

- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.

- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments.
