Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Implementation to lead our software deployment and client integration projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional client-handling skills, and a deep understanding of software implementation in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects across multiple hospital sites.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient system integration.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze data and project metrics to identify gaps and optimize implementation performance.

- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during deployment and post-implementation phases.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and customer experience.

- Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Software Implementation and System Integration, preferably in healthcare or ERP domains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client management abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction and project success rates.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple ongoing projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
