About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles to drive impactful digital experiences across our eCommerce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of creative problem-solving and strategic design thinking, with a proven track record in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for high-traffic web and mobile applications.

Candidates from National Institutes of Design (NID) or B.Tech backgrounds in Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery of UI assets.

- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.

- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to deliver scalable and conversion-driven designs.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

- Use user behavior analytics and usability testing insights to refine and optimize designs continuously.

- Stay current with eCommerce design trends, tools, and technology to inform design thinking and execution.

Key Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree from the National Institute of Design (NID) or a B.Tech degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within eCommerce, D2C, or consumer tech platforms.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact UI/UX solutions across responsive web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.

- Solid understanding of information architecture, UX research methodologies, and usability principles.

- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with tech and business stakeholders.

- A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail, layout, typography, and color usage aligned with brand guidelines
