Job Title: Stibo MDM Developer - 10+ years.

Location: Remote.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions, defining governance processes, improving data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.

- Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations.

- Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models.

- Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes.

- Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.

- Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.

- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams.

- Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

- 6-9 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.

- Strong understanding of :

5. Reference Data Management.

- Experience in configuring:

1. Workflows.

2. Business Rules.

3. Matching & Merging.

4. Taxonomies & Hierarchies.

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware platforms.

- Understanding of cloud and enterprise data architecture.

- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
