Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 to 12 years of overall QA experience.

- 4+ years in Salesforce testing, preferably Sales Cloud.

- Hands-on experience in AccelQ automation (must-have).

- Strong knowledge of:

1. Salesforce Sales Cloud data model & workflows.

2. Test design techniques and defect lifecycle.

- Experience in API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to drive quality ownership across distributed teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder).

- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce testing (Sales + Service/Experience Cloud).

- Exposure to test data management and validation tools (e.g., Valgenesys).
