Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Configure and customize Salesforce functionality while following platform best practices.

- Work with Salesforce data models, security, automation, and platform capabilities.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.

- Analyze requirements and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions independently.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Salesforce applications.

- Support Salesforce deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, and related deployment tools.

- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities.

- Follow Salesforce coding standards, development best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and/or Nonprofit Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security and Access Controls, Automation, and Platform Capabilities.

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and tools such as Git and Salesforce CLI.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience working on education, nonprofit, or student-management solutions.

- Exposure to student management, admissions, advancement, fundraising, or constituent management solutions.

- Experience with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) or related education-focused Salesforce solutions.

- Ability to independently analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration best practices.
